Must have a Learners Permit or Restricted License before the class starts.   The class will consist of 3 parts:   classroom, driving range and street driving, Road test for your license.   You must average 70% on all tests in each part to qualify for your Driver's License Waiver.   Wearing sneakers or flat shoes are always required for safety - no flip-flops or high heels allowed.
