Get ready to run, pass, and play! This fun and active class introduces elementary students to the fundamentals of football in a safe, supportive, and non-contact environment. Through age-appropriate drills and games, participants will develop key skills such as throwing, catching, footwork, teamwork, and basic game strategy. Each session focuses on building confidence, coordination, and a love for the game—no experience needed! All equipment is provided. Just bring athletic shoes, a water bottle, and your team spirit!
