Welcome to our Non-Contact Football Drills and Skills Program designed for students in kindergarten through 5th grade. This program aims to introduce young participants to the fundamentals of football in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Our focus is on enhancing fitness levels, developing motor skills, and fostering leadership qualities among children.
Goals and Objectives
● Fitness Enhancement: Improve overall physical fitness through age-appropriate exercises and drills that build strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
● Skill Development: Teach fundamental football skills such as passing, catching, running routes, and footwork without the physical contact element.
● Leadership and Teamwork: Cultivate leadership qualities and teamwork by engaging children in group activities that require communication, cooperation, and problem-solving.
● Confidence Building: Boost self-esteem and confidence through skill mastery and positive reinforcement.
